101 Contemporary · 5-Star Location Contemporary Comfy Apt Experience

I stayed 4 nights in mid June with my family. The location was great and the place was comfortable. The main issue I had was noise levels were lots every single night I stayed. 3 out of 4 nights my wife and I could not sleep from most of the night. The dogs barking all through the night, people partying in the apartment building and surrounding area, as well as watching movies all night long with their windows open. This went on well in the 3-4am timeframe. Also it was insanely hot inside with no fans or air conditioning and not much breeze with the windows open. Insanely hot with the windows closed. Kitchen lacked many small items like napkins, spices, bottle opener, salt, pepper, coffee filters. Bathroom is small, shower is decent size. Host was great as we had a security issue with the door combination that was out of his control and was on top of it quickly. Quiet hours need to be enforced from the beginning of the stay not on the last night.

Yosef's place was just ok. There were two main issues. It was very, very basic in terms of amenities. For example there was a lack of things such as body soap/body wash, bottle opener, cork screw, coffee and filters, trash bags, and hot water (lukewarm at best). The living room couch and bed were both very hard and not comfortable at all. Yosef also asks for your contact info for any "emergencies". There's actually an automated noise monitoring system in the apartment that you will receive calls and texts about if is too loud (even before quiet hours)! This seems like an invasion of privacy and is not mentioned in the ad. The system notified us by call/text that the TV was too loud around 8:30pm (quiet hours begin at 11pm). I turned the TV down a bit and then around 10:00pm the noise monitoring system sent a more aggressive notification as well as alarms and red lights flashing in the apartment! Again, this was before quiet hours from just the TV! We also saw quite a few ants

The stay was perfect the apartment was clean and really pretty, the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was also great since there were bars, cafes, restaurants, and little shops all surrounding as well as a very safe area. The host was very nice and responsive when it came to checking in and out! Thank you for everything!!

Excelente en todos los sentido. El único detalle es que el acceso al estacionamiento no es independiente pero ningún problema pues el personal siempre está al pendiente y prácticamente se puede entrar y salir acorde a las necesidades particulares de cada huésped.
